Turner & Townsend are seeking a Document Controller to work on large construction projects. 

Responsibiltiies:

  • Act as a key interface, maintaining a comprehensive overview of all information and documentation processes.
  • Structure and organize efficient end-to-end processes among all stakeholders, including internal departments, external planning teams, and project management.
  • Coordinate all project documents, documentation, and manuals.
  • Ensure the quality of documents, create master lists, and facilitate the exchange of information and data maintenance.
  • Review and update technical documents.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in document management within the construction industry;
