  • Serve as primary liaison between the Project Manager, Engineers, Site Staff, and external contacts, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all project stakeholders.
  • Manage all project documentation, including maintaining confidential records, organizing files, and ensuring efficient retrieval of reports, correspondence, and related materials.
  • Coordinate and organize project meetings, seminars, and presentations with internal and external clients, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and supporting materials.
  • Perform administrative duties including word processing, clerical support, filing, mail screening, telephone management, and travel coordination for project personnel.
  • Maintain computerized records of all service users and project referrals with accuracy and confidentiality.
