Responsibilities :

  • Maintain an organized system for document management, ensuring the secure storage, easy access, and retrieval of technical documents.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a document controller, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Register, track, and maintain incoming and outgoing documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, procedures, manuals, and other project-related documents.
  • Preparing and submission of RFI's, CVI's and other formal letters related to project requirements.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records of design revisions, material specifications, progress reports, and other technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with project teams, engineers, material engineers, and the technical coordinator to ensure the smooth flow of information and documentation.
