Job Summary:

The Document Controller is responsible for the creation, storage, and retrieval of documents. This includes tasks such as scanning documents, indexing them, and maintaining a document management system. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Scan documents
  2. Index documents
  3. Maintain a document management system
  4. Create and maintain filing systems
  5. Retrieve documents as needed
  6. Destroy old documents according to company policy

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. 1-3 years of experience in document control
  3. Excellent computer skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
