  • Document Management

Document Management

  • Receive log and distribute incoming project documents such as drawings, correspondence, transmittals, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Ensure documents are properly checked, approved, and filed (soft and hard copies) in accordance with company and project-specific procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all drawings and other project documentation.
  • Track document submissions and ensure timely return of reviewed documents.

Control & Compliance

  • Control document versions and revisions to avoid errors or duplication.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company and project-specific document control procedures and systems.

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with design, procurement, QA/QC, site, and project management teams...
