Job Description
Location: Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-Time (office based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing project documents, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts and correspondences, ensuring correct version control and traceability.
- Organise and archive physical and electronic project documentation in accordance with company standards, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with audit requirements.
- Distribute documents to relevant internal and external stakeholders, maintaining logs of submissions, approvals and revisions to ensure timely workflow and accountability
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, site teams and consultants to ensure all documentation is updated, submitted and approved as per project timelines and requirements.
