Key Accountabilities

  • Manage project-related documents with accuracy and quality in a timely manner.
  • Control all aspects of project documentation across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client systems and procedures.
  • Upon project award, prepare a work list for the project as advised by the PM / Project Planner and release it to trades.
  • Create project-specific email addresses and ensure departmental distributions are made according to project requirements and distribution strategies.
  • Arrange to grant project/network drive access and provide authorization as per company policy.
  • Develop project folder structures upon award, ensuring all project documents are stored in relevant folders and regularly updated.
  • Obtain the deliverable list from relevant stakeholders in line with contract requirements and prepare the Master Document Register (MDR).
