Managing project related documents with accuracy and quality in a timely manner.

  • Control all aspects of projects documentation on multiple projects assigned, keeping alignment with Client systems and procedures.
  • Prepare Work List for Project as advised by PM / Project Planner and release to trades upon Project award.
  • Create project specific email address and ensure department distributions are made, as per project requirement and distribution strategy is in place.
  • Arrange to grant project/network drive access and give authorization as per Company policy.
  • Develop project folder structure upon award and keep all project documents in relevant project folders, regularly updated.
  • Obtain deliverable list from relevant stakeholders in line with contract requirement for project and prepare MDR (Master Document Register)
  • Ensure implementation of project document template with latest formats, as per contract requirement.
