Key Accountabilities
Managing project related documents with accuracy and quality in timely manner. Control all aspects of projects documentation on multiple projects a assigned keeping alignment with Client systems and procedures. Upon Project award, prepare Work List for Project as advised by PM / Project Planner and release to trades. Create project specific email address and ensure department distributions are made, as per project requirement and distribution strategy is in place. Arrange to grant project/network drive access and give authorization as per Company policy. Ensure to develop project folder structure upon award and all project documents are kept in relevant project folders and regularly updated.
