We are seeking a proficient Document Controller to oversee the management and organization of all project documents in our organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and manage all electronic and hard copy documents in compliance with company standards and document control procedures.
  • Ensure all documents are accurately logged, filed, and distributed to the appropriate personnel.
  • Track document revisions and updates to maintain the latest versions of all documents.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary documents and ensure timely submission.
  • Assist in audits and inspections by providing requested documents and records.
