Position Title: Secretary / Document Controller
Location: Dubai UAE
Duration: 5 Months
Eligibility: Only Dependent Visa Holders

Responsibilities

  • Manage and control project documentation in line with company standards.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team.
  • Maintain records files and correspondence related to construction projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Secretary/Document Controller in construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Working Hours

8:00 AM 6:00 PM Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun off).
