Position Title: Secretary / Document Controller
Location: Dubai UAE
Duration: 5 Months
Eligibility: Only Dependent Visa Holders
Responsibilities
- Manage and control project documentation in line with company standards.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team.
- Maintain records files and correspondence related to construction projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as Secretary/Document Controller in construction industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Working Hours
8:00 AM 6:00 PM Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun off).
