Job Description
This role manages project documentation throughout the lifecycle and provides administrative support during tender, execution, and close‑out.
Responsibilities
- Manage, control, and maintain all project documentation including drawings, correspondences, submittals, RFIs, reports, samples, and QA/QC records.
- Ensure proper document numbering, filing, archiving, tracking, and retrieval in accordance with company and project procedures.
- Maintain and update document registers such as drawing registers, submission logs, transmittal records, and correspondence trackers.
- Distribute documents to relevant project teams and ensure only the latest approved revisions are in circulation.
- Monitor and track submission, review, and approval status of all technical and contractual documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences via email, EDMS, and client platforms (e.g., Aconex, Procore, ASITE).
