**Job Summary**
Primary purpose of the job is to work in conjunction with the Flow Controls Sales and Operations teams and Customers to achieve critical KPIs on Document deliverables and Product deliveries to Customers in MEA (EPCs & End users).
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Submission of Weekly/Monthly Progress report to customers.
+ Conduct meetings with Customers and internal teams for the major milestones in the Quote-to-Cash process.
+ Prepare, Monitor and Control the overall execution schedule to ensure on-time delivery of products and non-material requirements to customers.
+ Prepare Inspection and test plan (ITP), Vendor Document Register List (VDRL) and factory testing procedures for quotes and orders.
+ Liaise with various internal teams in collecting the technical documents in a timely manner to meet the due dates committed to customers as per agreed VDRL.
