Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the department's filing system, both physical and electronic, tools and equipment's, ensuring documents are organized and readily accessible
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Construction team
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, proofreading, and office supply management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor
