Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control all engineering documents, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Maintain document workflows, revision control, and proper document numbering.
  • Upload, track, and update documents in EDMS (Aconex / SharePoint / Procore or similar).
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, and project management teams to ensure timely document submissions and approvals.
  • Prepare document logs, transmittals, and status reports.
  • Ensure documents meet quality standards and follow project templates.
  • Support audits and project closeout documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience as a Document Controller in engineering or construction projects.
