Job Description
The Document Controller is responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective document control system to support the successful delivery of construction projects. The role ensures that all project documentation is accurately managed, properly distributed, and maintained in accordance with company standards.
The Document Controller will work closely with the Project Manager to:
- Establish and maintain the project document control system in accordance with company standards.
- Manage incoming and outgoing project documentation, including drawings, technical submissions, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper version control by maintaining the Master Document Register and preventing the use of superseded documents.
- Coordinate document distribution and track transmittals, reviews, and approvals to support timely project execution.
