Responsible for Project Documents Control Management
Manage and control all project documentation, ensuring accuracy & quality.
Develop maintain, and update document control systems and procedures.
Prepare regular reports on document control status and activities.
Track and monitor the progress of document submissions and approvals
Working closely with the Project Engineer and actively liaise with production department Project Management Department/ Owner/ Class & Regulatory Bodies as required to process documentation flow and delivery.
Undertake any other ad hoc project/duties assigned.
Control and manage incoming and outgoing documents
Responsible for fall inventory of documentation & it's easy retrieval.
Review and maintain the accuracy of records, updating where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
Coordinate with project team to ensure compliance of all documentation.
