Job Description

Our client, a respected subcontractor within the commercial fit‑out market, is seeking a proactive and highly organised Site Administrator / Document Controller to support day‑to‑day operations on a busy project site. This role is fully site‑based, offering an essential administrative and coordination function to ensure the smooth running of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

Document Control

* Manage all incoming and outgoing documents, drawings, and site records

* Maintain up‑to‑date document registers, ensuring correct version control

* Distribute drawings and documentation to site managers and project teams

* Upload, update, and track information within EDMS systems (e.g., Viewpoint, Asite, Aconex, 4Projects – depending on project)

Site Administration

* Provide daily administrative support to the site and project management teams
