Responsibilities:
Provide document and/or records management services in accordance with established policies, and procedures. Provide project support for Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS) such as Aconex. Interface on a routine basis with a variety of project personnel in resolution of questions, issues or actions. Assist in the review of data entry accuracy for assigned work by performing daily, weekly, and monthly quality checks. Assist project team members with questions or issues related to document numbering, work process, electronic/digital signatures, legibility, etc. Assemble information needed to support project activities. Produce reports using standard office automation tools such as MS Excel or Word.
