- Manage and maintain all project documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure documents are reviewed, approved, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor document control processes for accurate record keeping.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation for project teams.
- Facilitate training sessions on document control procedures for new staff.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in document control or a similar role.
