Job Description

Job responsibilities:-

+ Perform accurate data entry of client and transaction information into internal systems.

+ Review and verify documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.

+ Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and electronic) to ensure easy retrieval of records.

+ Prepare, scan, and distribute correspondence and documentation to appropriate departments.

+ Track and update case files, logs, and spreadsheets to support workflow efficiency.

+ Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and handling routine inquiries.
