In Office Position
As a Document Management Assistant, you will be an important member of a dynamic team that provides cross-departmental support to members of the World Trade Center Health Program and be responsible for sorting medical documents and organizing them in a proprietary electronic management system.
You will also be tasked with classifying and routing records of members.

Document Management Assistant Responsibilities:
Assists in classifying, identifying, and routing records
Prepares and scans documents
Prepares documents for offsite storage and retention
Transmits facsimiles
Performs other duties as assigned
Supports the organization's quality program(s)
