What do you need to fulfill this job?
- Archive Service Development: Design and implement the archive document service to ensure operational readiness by April 1, 2026.
- Docuware Configuration: Set up roles, permissions, data models, retention policies, workflows, and fund separation.
- Integration Support: Collaborate with teams to integrate Docuware with:
- Output Service
- Input Management
- Participant, Employer, and Employee Portals (Panorama and Paspoort)
- Migration Assistance: Support data migration and cleansing to ensure smooth transition and cost optimization.
- Fund Transition: Facilitate migration of each fund to the new archive.
