Job Description
Document Manager,
- Document Management & Organization: Establishing, maintaining, and updating electronic and physical filing systems. This includes scanning, photocopying, sorting, and indexing documents for easy retrieval.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Updating databases and systems (such as ERP or EDMS) with new information, such as tracking numbers, invoices, or project reports.
- Logistics & Export Focus: In logistics, they prepare and process shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices), coordinate with freight forwarders, and verify documents for inbound/outbound shipments to ensure legal compliance.
- Administrative Support: Answering emails, retrieving files upon request, maintaining office equipment, and assisting with internal/external audits.
