Document Production Specialist (Typist) Would you like to become part of the team at one of Scotland's leading law firms? As a Document Production Specialist at Harper Macleod you will provide a highly efficient, organised and professional service by ensuring that our legal teams are supported in their daily tasks. You will work to tight deadlines ensuring that these are met exactly. Our Document Production team works predominantly from home however must be able to travel into offices as and when required. If it’s your preference to be fully office based, we also welcome that. The role will include the following: · Audio and copy typing · Formatting documents into the firm’s own styles · Producing and amending documents, track changes, manuscripts, comparisons, correspondence and reports. · Producing and amending PowerPoint presentations, organisational charts, mail merges, Excel spreadsheets and graphs for all areas of the firm · Producing electronic bundles · Ensuring documents are p...
