Job Description

We are seeking support to assist with the review, organisation, and management of a large document package.
The role will involve working through a zipped folder containing approximately 800 documents (including PDFs, drawings, and plans) to identify and record key information. This data will then be logged into a predefined Excel template.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing documents to identify the document description, revision number, and author
-Accurately inputting information into an Excel spreadsheet
-Organising and folderising documents by author
-Further categorising documents into relevant subfolders such as plans, elevations, and similar document types
- Ensuring all information is clearly structured and easy to navigate
Skills & experience required:
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident use of Microsoft Excel
- Experience handling large volumes of documents
