Medical Document Retrieval Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our medical document retrieval process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of requesting medical records from providers on behalf of healthcare organizations, with a keen eye for detail and strong technical skills.

• Prior experience in medical records retrieval is essential, as well as exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.

The selected individual will be responsible for identifying all providers involved in a client's treatment, locating billing providers and related entities using record-retrieval tools, prior requests, and direct provider outreach. They will also create accurate base forms and complete submission packets while performing detailed quality control checks.
