Responsibilities
Prepare import and export documentation accurately to support shipping and customs processes
Coordinate with shipping lines and sales team to manage Switch Bills of Lading (B/L) efficiently
Compile and send required documents to banks for Letters of Credit (LC), Trust Receipts (TR), Documents against Payment (DP), and Documents against Acceptance (DA) transactions
Follow up with banks to ensure timely financing of export documents
