Purpose Statement

Maintains and implements change management system in support of quality systems and practices to meet client, customer and regulatory requirements. Serves as a quality representative contact on own area of expertise and supports all other change activity.



Key Responsibilities

" Provide administrative support to own department on a timely and accurate bases.

" Provide documentation and change management support as required.

" Change Request (CR) Process: Process CR through various stages of the CR process. This may include CR creation, Submission Review; Implementation, and Document Issuance (Manages the distribution of documents as needed).

" CR Management: prioritize requests for urgent CRs; communicate CR issues with applicable individuals; ensures CRs are processed in a timely manner; ensure CRs comply with Doc Control Policies and Procedures.
