1. Receives and stores the master copy of controlled documents. 2. Assures that proper security is provided for each document and record. 3. Receives and stores ECN’s and records associated with new/revised documents. 4. Provides visibility of retained documents and locations to users. 5. Assures that documents are readily available to authorized personnel. 6. Audits controlled documents within the facility, makes corrections as needed and compiles the audit report. 7. Updates computer system with approved data and makes decisions regarding which data is to be entered into the correct table. 8. Archives hard copy and electronic files making recommendations for deletion at the end of the retention period. 9. Performs other duties and tasks as required.
