Synopsis
Lead the governance, enhancement, and delivery of Flight Operations documentation and Centralised Document Management System (CDMS) platforms across the Operations division. Manage accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across all controlled manuals and process documentation. Serve as the subject matter expert for Comply365's DocuNet, NAVBLUE Mission+, and Boeing FrameMaker/IXP systems.
