This role involves providing critical support to project teams by maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring effective communication among team members.

  • The successful candidate will prepare and maintain up-to-date project trackers, documenting key milestones and progress.
  • They will also be responsible for taking meeting minutes, which will be used as a reference point for future discussions.
  • In addition, the Document Management Specialist will assist in developing Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
