Our business corporate client, a freight forwarding company is seeking enthusiastic and self motivated individuals to begin their career within this exciting fast paced international logistics industry. You will be joining this well established worldwide freight forwarding client who are looking for a Documentation Administrator to take full responsibility for the preparation of punctual and precise documentation for all destination across national country borders. In this regard, the successful applicants should have an exceptional telephone manner as this role requires extensive liaison with Clients, Overseas agents, Shipping liners and other departments within the business.
Roles & Duties
- Create and prepare Bills of Ladings, ships/cargo manifests.
- Ensure the correct profiles are chosen or created for all parties.
- Confirm the Bill of Lading is in compliance with the master submitted by the Shipper/ forwarder.
