Job Description

Overview

  • Receive, check, and verify the completeness and accuracy of all import documents (e.g., Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificates of Origin).
  • Encode and organize documents into the company's filing system.
  • Ensure documents comply with BOC and other relevant agency requirements.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date physical and digital database of all records.
  • Assist the Clearance Officer in retrieving documents as needed.
  • Liaise with clients or suppliers to request missing or corrected documents.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related field.
  • Previous experience in a documentation, admin, or logistics support role is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant OJT experience may be considered.
