Role Overview
We are seeking a Docu Sign CLM Consultant to support sales and procurement digital transformation initiatives. This role will focus on new project implementations and enhancements, as well as ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of Service Now support requests.
Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain Docu Sign CLM workflows , including fixes and new implementations Provide global user support , responding to support cases and assisting end users Perform governance activities , including workflow failure analysis and access reviews Collaborate with and provide knowledge sharing among other CLM administrators Required Qualifications Strong technical and functional experience with Docu Sign CLM Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Preferred / Nice to Have Experience with Docu Sign Insigh...
