Documentation Specialist

The Freight Documentation Specialist is responsible for preparing, validating, and processing all required shipping and freight documents to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant cargo handling. This role ensures that all documentation adheres to 2GO's standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and process Bills of Lading, cargo manifests, invoices, and other shipping documents.
• Coordinate with operations, customer service, and clients to ensure complete and accurate documentation prior to shipment.
• Monitor and update shipment records in the system for tracking and audit purposes.
• Ensure compliance with customs, port, and freight regulations.
• Address documentation discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
