The candidate should be well-versed in releasing debit and credit notes to agents, updating carrier payments, and handling customer and agent invoicing. The role includes managing customer and agent queries, resolving disputes, and ensuring accurate and timely financial documentation and coordination with internal teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
Immediate joiners only
Experience from Shipping / Logistics / CFS / Freight Forwarder / Consolidator industry
Work from Office role (no WFH)
