Job Description

  • Scan, organize, and electronically file production, shipping, and quality records
  • Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets to monitor documentation status
  • Retrieve documents for audits, inspections, or internal reviews as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and document control standards
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or document-handling role preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing, quality, or regulated environment is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently
  • Comfortable using scanners, copiers, and standard office equipment
