Your Tasks

  • Manage translated documents in PLM system:
  • Receive translated documents from translation coordinators and perform non-linguistic quality checks using standardized internal checklists.
  • Adapt document metadata in the corresponding PLM system.
  • Upload finalized translations to Teamcenter or Windchill and initiate the release process.
  • Collaborate with a local colleague in Chennai and two external translation coordinators in Hamburg.
  • Occasionally adapt content, formatting or structure in documents.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across documentation workflows.

Your Profile

  • MA English Literature graduation is must
  • 2+ years of experience in Proofreading area.
  • Language-related certificates are a plus.
