  • Provide daily operational support for the DocuSign CLM platform, including user access management, configuration, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain and optimize CLM workflows, templates, and document generation logic.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement configuration updates.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to ensure platform reliability. Coordinate with IT and cybersecurity teams to manage integrations (e.g., SAP Ariba, O365, SSO, SAP CI) and ensure.
  • Comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, workflow diagrams, and support runbooks.
  • Participate in blueprint packaging and deployment.
  • Support testing and validation during system upgrades and enhancements.
