Provide daily operational support for the DocuSign CLM platform, including user access management, configuration, and issue resolution.
Maintain and optimize CLM workflows, templates, and document generation logic.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement configuration updates.
Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to ensure platform reliability. Coordinate with IT and cybersecurity teams to manage integrations (e.g., SAP Ariba, O365, SSO, SAP CI) and ensure.
Comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, workflow diagrams, and support runbooks.
Participate in blueprint packaging and deployment.
Support testing and validation during system upgrades and enhancements.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting DocuSign CLM or similar contract lifecycle management platforms.
