Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a DocuSign CLM Consultant to support sales and procurement digital transformation initiatives. This role will focus on new project implementations and enhancements, as well as ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of ServiceNow support requests


Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain DocuSign CLM workflows, including fixes and new implementations
  • Provide global user support, responding to support cases and assisting end users
  • Perform governance activities, including workflow failure analysis and access reviews
  • Collaborate with and provide knowledge sharing among other CLM administrators


Experience:

  • Strong technical and functional experience with DocuSign CLM
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
