Job Description
• Require a comprehensive assessment of our Docuware system and infrastructure.
• Assist in fixing any items that do not function accordingly within DocuWare based on the assessment.
• Evaluate the active directory setup.
• Assist in creating workflows and writing reports such as: P-Card Application, PPE Request, Property Survey, , Campus Owned and Mobile Reimbursement
• Within creating the workflow and reports help establish all necessary items required in the process: File Cabinet, Document Trays, Search Dialogue Box, Roles/Groups, Document Processing, Intelligent Indexing.
