The objective of the Altium Packaging DOD SkillBridge program is to provide service members with opportunities to successfully transition into the civilian workforce, and to develop a robust talent pipeline within our manufacturing network.
As a fully competent Industrial Maintenance Technician, the incumbent will perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, plant blow mold equipment, and facility systems. They are also responsible for adhering to the company's Good Manufacturing Practices and implementing the industry’s best practices in maintenance operations.
