Domain Trainer – Healthcare

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Domain Trainer to design and deliver training programs covering healthcare industry fundamentals, operations, data standards, compliance, and IT systems. The role enables technology teams, analysts, and business professionals to understand end-to-end healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training on:
• Industry Overview: Healthcare ecosystem, providers/payers/life sciences, care delivery models, patient journey.
• Operations: Clinical workflows, hospital administration, revenue cycle management (RCM), claims & billing, scheduling & admissions.
• Data & Standards: EHR/EMR, HL7, FHIR, DICOM, ICD-10, CPT codes, clinical vs administrative data.
