Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter (IT Staffing) to lead high-volume and niche IT hiring for Indian enterprises and Global Capability Centres (GCCs) . The role requires strong exposure to staff augmentation, contract staffing, and permanent hiring across BFSI, Product, SaaS, Engineering, and GCC environments.
You will be responsible for building scalable hiring engines, managing recruiters, driving client delivery, and meeting aggressive TAT & quality metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Delivery
Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT Staff Augmentation & GCC clients
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters (3–15 members)
Drive daily/weekly delivery targets (CV closures, joins, pipeline health)
Ensure fast TAT hiring for contract, C2H,
Client & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with sales, account managers, and delivery heads
Handle client requirements, workforce planning, and hiring forecasts
Participate in client calls, governance,...
