WEG Electric Corp. has a great opportunity for a Logistics Analyst to join our team in Duluth, GA. This role is responsible for monitoring/communicating international shipment status from the time it ships until final delivery and supporting the International Trade Compliance function.
Primary Responsibilities:
Negotiate carrier rates for various transportation modes, focusing on cost effectiveness and customer priorities. Provide solutions for transportation issues and communicate as necessary with the sales team, customer services reps and supply chain analysts. Provide support to the international trade compliance function. Assist project coordinators with special freight requirements and external warehousing needs.
