Domestic Operations Executive

We’re expanding our Domestic Holidays team and are looking for an experienced Domestic Operations Executive who can manage end-to-end holiday operations with precision, ownership, and a strong customer focus.
Key Skills
2+ years of experience in Domestic Holiday Operations (FIT & GIT leisure travel).
Strong expertise in domestic destination knowledge and customized itinerary planning.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end bookings including hotels, transport, sightseeing, and activities.
Ability to effectively coordinate with vendors, hotels, transporters, and DMCs , including rate negotiations.
Experience in handling pre-departure operations , documentation, vouchers, and tour confirmations.
Skilled in providing on-ground operational support and resolving service-related escalations.
Customer-focused mindset with experience in post-trip feedback and service improvement .
