Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Domestic Recruiter with 3-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment to support our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and hiring top domestic talent, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and candidate profiles.
  
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  
• Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Extend offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular recruitment updates.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  
• Stay updated with domestic labor market trends, recruitment best practices, and compliance requirements.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• MUST HAVE (3-4) years of experience in domestic recruitment or talent acquisition.
  
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and candidate assessment techniques.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency with ATS, Microsoft Office, and recruitment platforms.
  
• Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Candidates based in Hyderabad are preferred.
