Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding for contract and permanent positions of Technical and Non-Technical roles.
• Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods, including job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster), social media (LinkedIn), ATS, and advanced internet sourcing techniques.
